For Late Division Pups

ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION
Pups with the following birth dates are eligible to compete:
Senior Division (Two Year Olds)…………….May 1, 1999 until October 31, 1999
Junior Division (One Year Olds)…………….May 1, 2000 until October 31, 2000
Reservations must be postmarked by April 4, 2002
(Entry form will appear in the March issue of PROHOUND magazine and will be available online. Click on the Rules/Forms link on the menu on the main page of PROHOUND Online to download the reservation form.)
All pups competing in the Super Stakes Championship must be Super Stakes Certified, must have a minimum of $100 in PKC lifetime earnings and must be DNA profiled.
All pups competing in the Super Stakes Championship must be “pre-entered” in order to avoid the first time entry fee of $100.00, even if judges and guides are available on the grounds.
Any request for a DNA profile received after February 28, 2002 must pay the $60 DNA profile fee.
Any DNA Profile request received after March 15, 2002 may not be processed in time for the pup to compete in the Championship.
All memberships of owners and handlers must be current in order for pups to be permitted to compete in the Championship.
All owner memberships (individual and/or joint) must be current in order for Sire and Breeder Awards to be paid.

Hunt Location: Decatur County Fair Grounds, one mile South of Parsons, Tennessee on Hwy 69/641, on the left.

Important Hunting Guide Information: Any member who wishes to serve as a “Hunting Guide” must contact Avery Bell or Mike Creasy in advance. Any Hunt Director or Club Representative at any “satellite club” with members serving as “Hunting Guides” must contact Avery Bell or Mike Creasy in advance and advise them of the member who will serve as a hunting guide, and the night(s) he will serve. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Deadline – 5:00 PM each night
Added Purse - $125 Each Night
Please bring pup’s PKC registration papers or a copy of the pup’s PKC registration papers to furnish pup’s date of birth.
