Youth hunters come to town!
Aurora, KY - The Youth Hunters of the 2004 PKC/JOY National Youth Championship have come to town! In all, fifty-eight qualified youth will vie for the National Youth Champion title over the next two nights.
National Youth Leader Dustin Cannon of Savannah, Arkansas finds himself with a dilemna. He qualified his hound for the PKC World Championship and will forego a shot at the National Youth Championship title. Dustin earned $2,579.80 in Open money this year to capture the top slot in the Youth race. Earning second in the National race was Kyle Ballhagen of Tylertown, Mississippi with $2,165.23.
The Youth hunters will draw out tonight in 15 casts and will finish the championship early Saturday night.
