Lone Star 5000+ - Saturday

Iola, TX – The 2007 edition of the Lone Star 5000+ concluded last night under extremely stormy conditions. At deadline thunderstorms were hammering the area along with thunder, lightning, and steadily decreasing temperatures. A total of 64 entries (52 big dogs and 12 pups) braved the elements and entered the event, despite the deplorable weather conditions, scoring on a few coons.

Special Note: The finalists of the Pro Showcase event also chose to split due to the weather conditions. Refer to Pro Showcase listing for Final Four.
