 The Final Cast of the 2022 Youth Nationals is headed to the woods.  The Western Kentucky moon is bright with a temperature of 58 degrees under partly cloudy skies.  We should have action after a short 10-15 minute drive.  Stay tuned as we crown our first ever Youth National Champion!

The cast has arrived at the woods and dogs are being collared up while judge Brandon Berry gives his instructions

Dogs are cut at 1:14 and the minute is up without a call

Image struck for 100 and Treed for 100 Lou Struck for 75 and treed for 50 with Image 

Tree is dead cast is heading that way, Rain has not been heard from

They arrived and Image and Lou are handled...."Here he is" plus em up!

Rain is struck for 50 and treed for 100.  Everybody is leash locked until Rain is scored

Rain decided to pack up and move on minus her and recut Image and Lou

Lou is struck for 25 towards Rain...Image still quiet

Image is struck for 25 and treed for 100!  Lou is treed for 75

Cast has arrived, dogs are handled and lights have hit the leaves

Plus em up!! They had another one!  Dogs are walked a minute and cut again.

Jase trees rain the other direction for 100.  Shine time has started on Lou and Image

Lou and Image are circled up....on to Rain to see if she can get on the board

Arriving at Rain now....handle her and start shine time.  Rain has the evidence plus her up!

Walking the minute and recut. 6 minutes left to hunt

Image struck for 100 Lou for 75...Lou treed for 100 as the time ticks down!

Hunt time is over they are headed to score Lou....The last tree of the week will decide our Youth National Champion!!!

Lou packed up and took 100-
