PKC Alabama State Association President Brad Durham reports that they had great hunting weather last night and scored on 54 raccoons in Good Springs. We sure appreciate the support and attendance, we hunted 131 dogs. There was great fellowship and sportsmanship, and man what a crowd!

PKC Alabama State Association President Brad Durham reports they had a great kickoff to the final three nights of the 2015 PKC Sunshine Jamboree in Good Springs last night. The cold 25 mph winds did not deter the hunters. Despite the wind, several raccoon were treed and scored.

The 2015 PKC Senior Dog Showdown Is Upon Us!

The sixty-four (64) member field for the 2015 PKC Seniors’ Showdown has been confirmed. The event is scheduled for February 6 & 7, 2015 at the Isle of Capri Casino in Lula, Mississippi. Co-sponsored by PKC, Purina, SportDOG, and the Isle of Capri Casino, the winner drives home in a brand new pickup truck from Lynn Layton Chevrolet of Decatur, Alabama! The event is a single elimination event, conducted under Pro Rules with non-hunting judges, with early round cast winners advancing to the late round on Friday night. The four late round cast winners compete on Saturday night for the keys to the brand spanking new pickup truck! In addition to the pickup truck that will be awarded on Saturday night, those members of the final cast not winning the truck will receive $2,000 to the runner-up, $1,000 to third place, and $500 to fourth place.
