On the last night of the 2013 Edition of the Black Gold Swampland Jamboree 27 hounds and handlers entered to brave what looked like was going to be a full out monsoon. About an hour after drawout the rain subsided after pouring out a couple of inches and it was a beautiful night for a coonhunt. When the casts returned here were the cast winners along with the Final Four who opted to hunt in the rain, which had returned. The Old South Coonhunters would like to Thank ALL who came out and supported the hunt along with John Allen and Billy Ray Roberts of Black Gold Dog Feed for their support. Without EVERYONE, this event would not be possible. Special thanks to Mrs. Pittman for all of the hard work in the kitchen and fine food over the weekend.
