PKC Chaplain Joe Brooks

Mineral Wells, TX - The PKC family is very saddened tonight by the news of the death of our chaplain and o ur friend, Joe Brooks. Joe came home today from the nursing facility where he had been recuperating from surgery. He had been home only two hours when he passed away at approximately 5:00 PM Central Time.

Known throughout the coon hunting world for his Coonhunters For Christ organization and his monthly columns in the major coon hunting magazines, Joe was extremely dedicated to what he believed to be his calling in life, his ministry to coon hunters and their families. We who knew and loved Joe, realize that he is home now with his Savior whom he loved and served with such great devotion.

Our hearts and prayers are with his wife Callie and his children. We will post additional information concerning the arrangements as soon as they are available.
