The 2003 Arkansas State Championship was held on Friday, December 13, 2002 at Whelen Springs, Arkansas. A rkansas State President, Bill Austin, reports a full entry of sixteen (16) dogs with only one member of the top 16 not hunting, and being replaced with dog # 17. The following are the results:
