Walterboro, SC - Don Gostomsky is a happy man. His Big D hound disappeared while hunting in Walterboro in January of this year. Gostomsky, who lives in Ohio has searched high and low for the Walker and had just about given up hope. Then, miraculously the dog appeared this week. Word coming out of the Palmetto State has it that a kid had the dog, making a pet of him before a local coon hunter put two and two together and contacted Gostomsky.

Rick Stretch took the accompanying photos. Gostomsky is pleasure-hunting the dog tonight in Aurora and if Big D hasn't forgotten his training, Don will hunt him in the World Hunt this week.

We congratulate Don and share his joy in the recovery of his hound.
