Mt.Vernon, IL—Dan Marlow handled Flaming Stud to a first place finish in the 2005 Squirrel Dog Super Stake s. Rick Twining handled his own Mr. Flop to the second position. The event had a purse of over $2,000 in it. The Squirrel Dog Super Stakes Program has been suspended until further notice. Our thanks to the Mt Vernon Club for hosting the event and to all of the participants that played a part in it.
