2011 PKC Hall Of Fame Inductees

Salem, IL – The first ever PKC Hall of Fame Class was inducted in a ceremony held on Thursday October 27,

2011 at the PKC World Hunt. There has never before been a recognized Hall of Fame for PKC. With celebrating the past 30 years it was only fitting that those longtime supporters and those who helped make PKC “The Place To Be” from the beginning be honored. The first years inductees were chosen from those who were deceased or were recognized for their contributions to PKC by the Hall of Fame Committee, staff and previous owners. The Hall of Fame Committee consisted of David Dial, James Love, Buddy DeLettre, Redgy Ramsey, and Jeremy Armes. They were chosen for their experience with PKC and to represent different parts of the country with the nominations.

At the end of the ceremony Jarvis Umphers (the founder of PKC), Larry Meeks (past owner of PKC) and Roy Tramble (Past President of the National Association) were each honored with a picture board representing the past 30 PKC World Champion Hounds.

As we move forward there were many names that were brought forth and they will be honored in the following years.
