Minutes of Meeting - Saluda, SC

The 2016 meeting was called to order by President David Cox at 6:00 pm.
Discussed State escrow fund and listened to ideas about jackets for Top 16 for next year. Ryan Sanders made motion to allow Top 16 to pay for their jackets for next year, with the State Escrow paying for state leader and youth leader jackets.
Motion passed.
Chris Holmes made motion to make State Youth Hunt guaranteed $100 cast win. Motion passed.

2017 PKC South Carolina State Association Minutes of Meeting - Georgetown, SC
—February 17, 2017—
Meeting called to order at 6:15 PM.
1) South Carolina State President David Cox discussed New Year Jamboree account balance and profit for 2017.
2) Shawn Pickney made motion for State Escrow to give a maximum of $250 toward purse for open event on Saturday night of State Hunt. Motion passed.
3) Trinity Hartley brought up moving Youth State Hunt to another weekend other than Top 16 State Hunt.
4) Ryan Sanders made motion to make $100 cast wins for youth at major events optional. Motion passed.
Meeting adjourned at 6:37 PM

Friday – February 18, 2022
Meeting called at 6:30 pm. Chris Stockman $1000 Dollar Bill was recognized as the State leader. The state budget was went over. Bruce Rabon brought up New Year's Jamboree for 2023 if it would still be held. It was discussed about all the obstacles that the hunt was having and a decision would be later. Kenneth Tavares asked about the pro hunt and if anything would replace it and the Manning Club would be interested in holding if Walterboro didn't host something else. We had no information about any pro hunt information yet and we would keep them involved when more information was given. Youth Program was brought up about needing some donations as the balance would be down to $10.30. Meeting was adjourned at 6:50 pm.

State Leader and Youth State Leader recognized. The State Championship awards and budget were gone over.
World Hunt Qualifiers were brought up with concern, the state hunt interfering with the qualifier or any present hunt. Motion for the state hunt to move to a different date with all against. New Years Jamboree was brought up, and the guide issues that we are having had really put us at a Pro Classic option only for this hunt. Youth Hunt discussed going to monetary awards instead of prizes. Many members present donated a total of $450 to the Youth Escrow. The nomination process was gone over for State and Breed elections. The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm.
