Richard Turner wrote:Pkc is by far the best in my book pays early cast wins world and super stakes Micheal do you remember what the other organization paid for doubles at there last pup hunt the one like Pkc super stakes I think 500 not even worth paying your dog up and going for a 200 dollar entry fee. Watch what spring super stakes pays for doubles and compare
PKC has been around my entire life, and has had zero competition. I don't see it being very smart to alienate oneself from a particular organization for nothing other than "brown nosing." Not that the "new guys" are any better, heck, PKC has a 30+ year head start, but I do believe that competition will make it better for the hunters. If a particular event don't seem worth it then by all means DONT GO. If you think it's smart to run down "the competition" then you don't understand that they'll be the ones to push your organization to new heights. Like, single cast wins being paid out is a very recent addition, and you'd better thank your competitors for that. I'm sure single cast wins will be paid soon elsewhere, and if not next year. This is a general obvious conclusion, and not an attack on you Richard.

I agree that the others cannot compete with PKC's super stakes program. Maybe I should've fine tuned my response, and made it more clear. "There is things that each organizations offer that may be attractive to some hunters." I think it's good for the hunters to have competition for our business. Thank you so much for the kind words, and I cannot wait to be able to coonhunt. Lord willing I'll be able to hunt again!

Re: PKC THE PLACE TO BE
Andy Richmond has 1-2 pkc hunts a month and it would only be a little over an hour for you.... Im live in Uhrichsville and still go over to hunt and be the hunt director trying to get cadiz to start holding some but not sure if they will or not? going to hound them about it a little more at their rqe in a few weeks... PKC definetly a step above in my opinion...
