There is only one place in the PKC Rules that allows for the deleting of points when there is a tie, 2/2 vote.
13.H. Tie Vote On Scoring Tree Circle Or Minus - In an Open Event cast with two (2) members voting to circle a tree and two (2) members voting to minus a tree, strike and tree points of all dog(s) handled at this tree will be deleted.
When there is a tie, 2/2 vote on any judgment call, made or not made by the judge, refer to rule #3.D.
3.D. Open Event Voting - Each handler in an Open Event cast serves as a voting member. After the judge has made any decision, a request for a vote may be raised by any handler of the cast. Any handler who will not cast their vote concerning a question may be scratched from the cast. When four cast members vote 2-2 on the scoring of a judgment situation, the score will remain as the judge originally scored it. (This does not apply to the scoring of a tree plus/minus/circle.) Any cast member disagreeing with the results of a cast vote may post a question through the normal question procedure.
