2014 PKC KY State Association Meeting Minutes
Kentucky State President Nathan Fields called the meeting to order.
Two items of business were discussed.
The 2015 KY state hunt location will be in the west region with the Hardin and Lake City clubs being nominated. Hardin won the vote.
Concern from the membership was voiced over the top 16 jackets.
A vote was taken on three options for next year's state jackets, continue the top 8 receiving jackets, purchase jackets for the top 16, or add the money in to the state hunt. Purchasing jackets for the top 16 won by 2 votes.
President Fields addressed the body concerning nominations for the next state officer elections informing that anyone could be nominated, and all nominations should be turned in to PKC.
Motion to adjourn was made by Charles Payton and seconded by Darrell Mayne.

2015 PKC KY State Meeting 5-1-15 Hardin, KY
President Nathan Fields called the meeting to order. He explained that in the past nominations were accepted for the upcoming state hunt location and voted on by the membership. He stated that he felt this was the most democratic and fair way of determining the hunt location. However, there have been complaints made about this process not being done according to the bluebook. The bluebook states that the president and the other two officers along with PKC decide where the location for the hunt is to be held. President Fields accepted nominations for next year’s hunt in the central zone for the following locations, Sanders, Elizabethtown, and Hartford. After the upcoming election, the elected leadership will determine the hunt location.
President Fields acknowledged last year’s state leader and state champion Josh Craig and Chopper JR.
President Fields stated there are still complaints being received about concerns over falsified hunt reports. He explained to the membership that neither he nor PKC could act on these complaints unless the proper misconduct reports were filled out and urged any member with proof of this type of misconduct to come forward and fill out the proper paperwork. This will be the only way to stop this behavior.
Motion for adjournment was made by Rusty Ruble and seconded by Rick Powers.
