WARNING – MISSISSIPPI CLUBS & HUNTERS
Please make sure that your club has requested and received a permit for each scheduled event at your club. I have been informed that the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks has hired an agent for the specific purpose of checking to confirm that all clubs across the state have a valid permit for each event. An agent has already issued a ticket to one of the clubs in North Mississippi for not having a permit, and I would hate to see it happen again.
Clubs can acquire the necessary permits at the following internet site:

Minutes of Meeting - Starkville, MS
—December 04, 2015—
Meeting called to order at 6:04
Discussion was started on 2016 State Hunt location. Motion was made by Andy Landreth for Vardaman, MS to be host club. Dustin
Weed 2nd motion.
We also discussed the combining the Spring and Fall SS. Everyone liked the idea.
Meeting was over at 6:25.
The meeting was then adjourned.

2017 PKC Mississippi State Association Minutes of Meeting - Vardaman, MS
—December 16, 2016—
The 2017 PKC Mississippi State Association Meeting was called to order by President Steven Miller at 6:00 p.m.
The Quitman club was nominated for the state hunt location in 2017. It was a unanimous vote for the Quitman club. It was discussed and decided to keep the jackets for the top 16. The same as in years past.
Meeting was then adjourned.

Annual Meeting Minutes - Starkville, Mississippi
December 7, 2018
We discussed several clubs in the southern half of the State. All agreed on the Philadelphia Club hosting the 2019 State Hunt. Date to be determined later by the host club.
We all agreed for the state association to furnish one jacket or hoodie for each of the top 16 dogs.
Discussion held concerning who would be the State President for the next term and the only one nominated for the next term was Tommy Wayne
McDaniel.
