Minutes of Meeting - Estill Springs , TN
—April 15, 2016—
The meeting called to order by President Jonathan Merritt at 7:05 p.m.
Discussed next year’s hunt location and it will be at Somerville, TN
The State coats will come from Dan’s. The State youth leader is to receive a coat, as well. Kevin Sartain also agreed to donate a new light for them.

Annual Meeting Minutes - Lexington, TN
March 29, 2019
Mee1ng called to order by President, Ed Stokes, at 7 pm.
A discussion was held concerning the escrow budget and payouts for State Championship.
Mo1on made and passed to keep hoodies for next year, with small PKC logo on front and larger lettering on the back with dog’s name. Color to be coordinated between 2019 Top 16 owners and State President. State Leader to have extra lettering designa1ng him/her as the State Leader. Also agreed to purchase hoodie for State Youth Leader designating same. There is to be a total of 17 hoodies paid for by the Tennessee State Escrow Account. Additional hoodies may be purchased and paid for by members requesting additional hoodies.
Motion passed to hold 2020 state championship at Centerville, TN. Motion passed to hold 2020 state championship with two (2) hour casts. Motion passed to not have drawing for bark collar or other prizes at 2020 state championship.
Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm.

Huntingdon, Tennessee
The Tennessee state meeting was called to order by President Tracy Bailey at 7 pm. There was no old news to Discuss. The first discussion was the state hunt location with 2 clubs being nominated Springfield and Dayton. The vote was 14 to 9 for Springfield. The state hunt will be held at Springfield next year. Next was the Jackets vs Hoodies. The vote was 16 to 11 to change from the hoodies and go back to a jacket for the Top 16 and also to purchase a jacket for the State Youth Leader. The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 pm.
