- RESERVATION BOOKING FEE –
The fee to reserve an entry in any pro hunt will be $50 per hunt, and will be non-refundable and non-transferable. This will eliminate those that book one or more entries in each hunt and always sell those entries before the hunt. If any member books an entry to a pro hunt, he/she will remain responsible for full payment of the entry fee unless the entry is transferred to another member through the PKC Office; NO EXCEPTIONS. The procedure to transfer a reserved entry is as follows.
* First, the member with the reserved entry must contact the PKC Office and advise that he/she has sold his/her reservation to another member. This member forfeits his/her reservation fee.
* Second, the member buying the reserved entry must contact the PKC Office and advise that he/she has bought the entry reservation from the other member, and will be required to pay the $50 reservation fee.
Transfers of reserved entries to another member will not be allowed on site the day of the event. The only exception to this will be if a member has reserved an early and late entry and qualifies for the semi-finals on the early round. He/she will then be allowed to sell his/her entry to another member and the member buying the entry will be allowed to pay the $300 balance due for the entry, and the reservation fee previously paid will be transferred to the buyer. Reimbursement of this $50 reservation fee to the seller will be between buyer and seller. This will eliminate those members that are not serious about attending a pro hunt when he/she reserves an entry.
