2016 Cross Breed Meeting Minutes
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm on March 18th by President Shawn Pinckney.
We had five members present.
The only question we had was how to increase the escrow for the Cross
Breed Association? We have 2 suggestions:
(1) Was to put on a raffle for a Garmin Pro70, 320 Garmin or a T5 collar, and asking as many cross breed members as we can to purchase a ticket.
(2) The second suggestion was to have a 2 night $50 entry fee hunt with all the club proceeds being donated to the cross breed escrow.
We decided on trying to do both in the near future to put on a 2 night hunt and work on purchasing one of the three Garmin/Tri Tronics items to raffle off.
As the meeting was about to come to a close. All four members in attendance were presented with Crossbreed Championship mug as appreciation for attending meeting.
The meeting was called to a close.

PKC Cross Breed Meeting Minutes
PKC Cross Breed Association Minutes of Meeting - Georgetown, SC
—March 17, 2017—
Cross Breed- Business meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Shawn Pinckney.
Mr. Elvis Black asked the question how do we get participation up and earn more money for the escrow for the following years. Numerous ideas were put out, but we never came up with an answer. It was decided to work on coming up with an idea, in the following months, that will be text or emailed to Shawn Pinckney.
Elvis Black also asked the question, if he decided to donate 3 dollars extra on an entry fee could PKC apply it to the cross breed Escrow?
The answer given was yes, that PKC will apply it to the escrow just have the hunt director make a note of it. If every cross breed owner, and handler would make a donation it will help bring in more income.
Trinity Hartley asked the question; could we vote in having a jacket for the champion of the cross breed hunt for next year’s winner?
After a few minutes of discussion, it was second by Shawn Pinckney and was voted on. All members were in favor of it. Next years crossbreed champion will receive a Jacket.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM.
