This happened during babystakes. 4 dog cast. Dog A is called treed. Cast heads to tree dog moves. Minus, no problem. Dog A gets treed again, same tree. Wait the time and handle the dog. While shining dog A's tree, dog B gets treed approximately 10 yards from dog A, but not called treed. And no, trees don't touch. While shining the tree for Dog A, spectator sees dog B's handler looking in tree with thermal where Dog B is treed. Then after a few minutes dog B is declared treed. Once Dog A's tree is scored, move to Dog B's tree. Don't take long to plus up.
Question is, should/could this have been questioned since spectator was PKC member or no?
After cast, handler was addressed with what was seen and didn't deny it.
Rules/Thermal question.

Re: Rules/Thermal question.
A spectator is just that a spectator. The cast members would need to see the infraction and then address it with the judge and cast members.
