We are thankful and blessed with the abundance of help and support that allowed us to provide a full day of fun and fellowship to everyone who attended this past weekend in Wiggins Mississippi. We are truly appreciative to every person who brought youngsters our way and every youngster who chose to share their weekend with us.
Throughout the weekend we had over 150 youngsters and their family members share in the fun and enjoyment of the day activities, listen to guest speakers, have great food, visit with old friends, and make some new friends.
We had 20 youngsters hunt Friday night in the warmup hunt. We want to thank our friends at Purina who paid all the fees for 14 expired youth PKC memberships and 21 new youth PKC memberships. We had 39 youngsters hunt Saturday night for the Mississippi State Youth Championship. Their entry fees were paid in full and a big shout out goes to Chance Parker and Tyler Duncan who provided a raffle that allowed all their entry fees to be covered. Between Friday and Saturday night we had 16 youngsters qualify and earn an opportunity to attend the PKC Youth World Championship and Youth Banquet in Salem Illinois.
For all throughout the country and here at home Thank You ... you are all part of the “We” in making the Youth Fun Day such a success.
Please pass the word and mark your calendar Good Lord willing the first weekend in March of 2025 we will invite everyone to Wiggins for our twelfth year.
