I understand that the hunt reports need to be turned in on a timely manner to assure updates results. But instead of punishing clubs that don’t turn them on time, why don’t you try and reward clubs that do turn them on time. Most hunt directors if not all, work a full time job and have a family and get nothing in return for doing all the paperwork and getting it sent off. It’s not as easy as one would think. Many different options to reward a club or hunt director, money off club charter, free entry to the world, etc etc. Pkc doesn’t exist without the clubs, so punishing or threatening isn’t always the solution.

I don’t understand why there is not an option to electronically do hunt reports now. The mail is horrible and get lost frequently. It should be really easy in this day and time to fill out an online form. Then reports get there even faster. Little league sports update standings faster than a multi million dollar organization .

Any chance PKC could have their own app?
Use phone camera to take pic cast and of of score cards, receipts, download in app, electronically fund the money to PKC account on App.
Club would keep scorecards and receipts on file for a year for records. This would eliminate mail all together and have hunts received to PKC next day.

This is a great idea! Hopefully they look into this. Don’t make the app mandatory, but at least available.

You can already do this but they don't have a app. If they had app it would be absolutely a lot easier.

You can scan the front and back of all the cards, win slips, memberships if you have any, and the hunt report and email them it all. Then call and pay over the phone.
