Re: Question!!!

Postby Ryan Crowson » Thu Aug 25, 2016 12:16 am

I can not speak for the parties involved. But I guarantee you all as soon as my dog was not present AFTER THE FIVE /5 was up with the 15 min. Rule being judged against my dog under the strict supervision of the non hunting judge under PRO RULES I would of asked the judge a QUESTION ( is the 15 off my dog now?) ANd IF THE ANSWER DID NOT SATISFY ME UNDer PKC PRO RULES ALL HELLLLLL WOULD HAVE BROke LOOSE IF NOT HELL WOULD OF FOLLOWED. That's as simple as that. We all know that the only call that a Guide, (PANEL MEMBER),Spectator, or PKC MEMBER in good standing that is sent with a man or women to a split tree to tie there dog is to run the TWO /2 minute rule And I can't find this common policy anywhere in the BLUE BOOK either. I ask every time when its necessary ( depending on the parties involved) can the appointed person take a RECALL?

Every time the answer is N O. Return to the cast if you are minused !

We have all been on the bad side of situations and on the good side.

I hope the rules get followed and people realize the amount of bad situations during the late hours of the night that always occur when a good payday is involved.

I lost a lot more money than these guys were hunting for to this same situation and all I said to myself and friends is I should have had a dog that was intrested in treeing cooN instead of chasing a ghost. THE 15 wasn't on her at the time but was on a VERRY WELL KNOWN DOG THAT I WILL NOT MENTION THAT LATER ON WON A COUPLE OF TRUCKS. HE WALKED ALONG WITH THE GUIDE(equal to a panel member) and made a bed at the tree that they were walking too. I ask our Pro Judge should that dog be scratched for not hunting he said and I quote " I cannot do anything to him he wasn't under our feet for 15 min. " I said I agree just asking. I decided to sell her. Deathwish was her name she went on and done a good bit of winning afterwords.

Hopefully the national directors will decide this situation and correct it.

I did not read all of this, but the fifteen minute rule is a positional rule.. Thus, the rule can not and should not be judged from two different position.

So, what I mean.. To have the fifteen removed the dog has to leave one position for five minutes.. In this case the position to be judged is with a non-hunting judge in a pro-cast.. That is the established position..

The judge started the five minutes on the fifteen minute rule from his position, that is a non transferable five.. The only person that can stop that five or break the fifteen rule with that five is the judge.. That is how simple this is...

Are we judging the names of the people and the dogs or are we judging the hunt... PKC probably needs to pick up the fumble on this one...

I think the BIGGEST concern is why would ANYONE vote for BILLARY CLINTON???

All seriousness, maybe pkc will get this resolved in a timely and orderly manner!!!

There will never be anything done on this it's over insure not saying it's right by no means but if Pkc done something that would be admitting the hunt director made a mistake by not granting a appeal and there are not going to do that

Id like to know how many appeals have been turned down!!! I know I got it raw at world hunt and one time its this way and one time its that way. An appeal is just that and should be treated as such. Too many toes get stepped on I guess, IDK!! I was minused both ways on a tree my dog wasnt handled on in late round of world hunt and thats not appealable either lol Might as well just abolish the ability to appeal if they are never granted!!!

My opinion if judges is running the 5 min then he needed to continue to run the time no matter what a panel member says(which should be anyways) it's hear say!the judge is the one judging the dog no one else on the cast! Dog should have been judged from where the judge was going or doing at the present time.Panel members are there for questions not judging! But everyone makes mistakes where human! this to me doesn't seem like it was handled right! Sorry if I affended anyone was trying too

if a dog is not hunting and the 15 is on him, ought to be scratched, it shouldn't matter who the dog is standing by, should be in the country somewhere looking for a ricky! Or at least have enough sense to go and load up in the truck and curl up in a ball. out of sight!!!

He had sense enough to know a panel member couldn't run the 15 on him. 8)
