Your 2016 PKC Club Charter Agreements have been mailed. All active clubs should receive their new charters by July 15th.
Please fill these out and get them returned to the PKC Office just as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that 2016 Hunt Dates will be available on a first come, first served basis.
If your club plans to hold October 2015 hunts, your charter must be returned to the PKC Office by Friday August 21st.
Don’t forget to list your club’s two Certified Hunt Directors (with working cell numbers) and your GPS location (Physical Address) with zip code on the form before your charter will be accepted.
Looking ahead, we suggest that you list the entry deadlines for all your May, June, July and August 2016 hunts at 9:00 PM due to daylight savings time.
