Dog pads crack/wore spots

Need help with healing crack/wore pads. I'm currently putting tuff pad on them was wondering if there is anything to help with this.

Cole, mix bleach 50/50 with water in a bowl about 2” deep. Soak the foot for about 5 minutes and tie the dog’s head high to avoid licking. Do that 2-3 times in one day and you will be ready to go in 2 days.
