Due to overwhelming concern with the following rules, they have been deleted from the Large Pack Rules.
Rule 6J (concerning Shock Collar Remote Use) has been deleted. 2 F3 pertains to the same topic and has also been deleted. Handlers will be allowed to carry their remotes and use their shock collars whenever they shall choose, without penalty.
