Re: WORLD CH SEMI-FINAL-UPDATES ON CAST 601
With one dog already treed how can you put the stationary on another dog? I have always been told you could not run a stationary on a dog when another dog is declared treed.

Trey,
You can't run the stationary on dogs treed together. You have to know they are split to run the stationary.

Somebody informed you wrong. You can run the stationary on a dog split treed. You cannot run the stationary on a dog that is treed with one that's already been declared treed.

If dogs are obviously in different places you can run the stationary but when you leave that spot and proceed to another dogs tree the stationary must be broke...

Which would defeat the purpose of the stationary since the tree would be closed before the six is up on the stationary.i was at the meetings and unless I misunderstood once a dog is treed you do not run the stationary on another dog. I stand corrected if wrong.
