The Events section of PROHOUND Online is your guide to PKC licensed night hunts, bench shows, squirrel hunts, and beagle events each month. With over 8000 competitive events for hunting dogs staged annually, PKC is the leading competition organization in the trail and tree hound field. Additionally, a "proposed" schedule of events for the following month is included. Several categories of events exist for your review. Major events are those featuring an added purse of at least $500. Blue Ribbon events are limited to 64 advance entries and are available by reservation only. Call the toll free PKC number for Blue Ribbon Event information. All other events, with the exception of the National Championship, the Futurity Championship, the PKC Super Handler and PKC Super Pup Championships, and the Junior and Senior Super Stakes Championships, are available for "same day" entries at the event.
